Filled Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 150g pancake mix
- 1 egg
- 20g melted butter
- 120ml whole milk
- Red berries or jam
- 100g Spreadable Marzipan

Preparation:
1. Mix the pancake mix, egg, milk, and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
2. Heat a skillet and pour a bit of the pancake mixture. As it begins to cook, add a spoonful of Spreadable Marzipan and seal with a bit more of the pancake mixture. Flip to cook on the other side.
3. Decorate with jam or red berries.

Mazapan frappe

1. Preparation Time: 10 minutes.
2. Servings: 5.
3. Difficulty: Easy.
4. Cost: Low.

Ingredients:
- 1 liter whole milk
- 500g ice
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate sprinkles and cocoa powder for decoration
- 400g Spreadable Marzipan

Preparation:
1. Blend the milk, ice, and Spreadable Marzipan.
2. Serve in a glass or mug, decorate with whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles, and cocoa powder.

Mazapan filled Churros

1. Preparation Time: 10 minutes.
2. Servings: 2
3. Difficulty: Easy.
4. Cost: Low.

Ingredients:
- 250ml milk
- 50g butter
- 150g flour
- 25g sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
- Pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 liter oil
- Refined sugar and cinnamon for decoration
- Spreadable Marzipan

Preparation:
1. Heat the milk, butter, salt, sugar, and vanilla essence. Once it boils, add the flour all at once and mix until it forms a dough.
2. Remove from heat, add the eggs one by one while stirring continuously.
3. Place the dough in a pastry bag with a star tip and let it rest for 30 minutes.
4. Pipe the churros and fry them in hot oil at 180 degrees Celsius.

Mazapan / Banana /
Strawberry Croissants

1. Preparation Time: 10 minutes.
2. Servings: 1.
3. Difficulty: Easy.
4. Cost: Low.

Ingredients:
- 1 Croissant
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
- 1/2 Banana, sliced
- 4 Strawberries, sliced
- Spreadable Marzipan

Preparation:
1. Cut the Croissant in half and toast it in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of butter.
2. Spread the cream cheese and place the strawberries and bananas.
3. Spread the Spreadable Marzipan and enjoy.

Mazapan Pie

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of ground cookies
- 165g of melted butter
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 pieces of De la Rosa® Marzipan or 8 tablespoons of Marzipan Powder
- 500g of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 3/4 cup of whipped cream
- 15 large strawberries

Preparation:

Cookie base:
1. Mix the ground cookies with the sugar and melted butter.
2. Put it in a mold covered with wax paper and place it in the freezer.

Filling:
1. Beat the cream cheese with the vanilla, powdered sugar, and sour cream until smooth and homogeneous.
2. Add the whipped cream until well combined.
3. Place a layer of the mixture. Crumble 2 pieces of De la Rosa® Marzipan or 4 tablespoons of Marzipan Powder and place a layer, then cover them with another layer of the mixture.
4. Remove the mold from the freezer and fill it with the cream cheese mixture.
5. Refrigerate for approximately 8 hours.
6. Decorate with sprinkled De la Rosa Marzipan and strawberries.
